Refunds
when the sketch is done: 50 % refund when I already send you the sketch!
when the lines are done: 20 % due to the work I already put in it
when it is colored or finished: no refunds at all.
you have to responde my notes / chats within 4 weeks or I have the right to cancle the commission and you will get no refund! Please let me know if you want to communicate via E-Mail or Discord.
If you commission me one of my donts: no refunds.
Process
...Sketch -->Approve or fix anything that needs to be fixed (I dont do sketches on my ych anymore, if you want a sketch before lineart, please tell me <3)
...Lines --> I will send you lines and I can fix small details or you can tell me if I forgot anything --> Approve (If I dont do the sketch first, I will of course change anything that needs to be changed <3)
...Finished product will be delivered to you. When I have any questions for the colors, I will let you know <3 (If you want to see the flat colors, please tell me <3)
